I am an approachable integrative counsellor/psychotherapist who has experience in a varied range of issues, having worked for several mainstream charities, including the bereavement sector. I also hold a keen interest in the areas of general depression and trauma. The practice I work from is based in Richmond, TW9, accessible for both Surrey and South West London residents. I offer long, short-term or solution focused therapy for adults.

Lets talk about Anxiety Depression
There have been clients who come to me who have not even been able to answer unidentified telephone numbers. This is quite a common problem with people who suffer from anxiety and depression. Typically, they find socialising and coping with life extremely hard. Little by little, I have found, that over several sessions they develop trust through our relationship and then feel able to take that leap of faith through to the outside world. What is most rewarding is that they regain their independence and work towards social integration. They rekindle relationships and with ongoing support through therapy, the client usually rebuilds their sometime fragile world.
If you know anybody who is really struggling with depression or even low mood there is a very good chance that I may be able to facilitate their journey towards recovery. If not, I can usually refer them to other professionals in the field.
